How We’re Responding to COVID-19

Nuvo Italia continues to be open and operational for all your home needs during this unprecedented time – and the well-being of you and the entire Nuvo Italia community remains our top priority. We are working tirelessly to make sure that the pieces you want are available when you want them, and delivered in the safest way possible.

With that in mind, we have been offering a no-contact experience across our delivery options. Here’s what to know about this policy:

  • For inside-the-door deliveries, the driver will call when they arrive. Please leave the door propped open for ease of delivery.
  • Our drivers will use hand sanitizer and/or soap between all deliveries.
  • Our delivery teams will maintain a distance 1.8 meters when possible. We ask that you support our efforts by maintaining this distance as well.
  • We will not be asking for signatures.
  • We have increased daily cleaning routines across all of our facilities and delivery operations, including more frequent hand-washing, and cleaning of equipment.

As we take extra precautions to protect our customers and employees, there may be isolated delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding if your order is affected – and we think you’ll agree that our meticulously crafted pieces are worth the wait.

We know many of you appreciate our white-glove delivery, and we look forward to reintroducing that service as soon as safely possible. While in-home assembly and installation services have been temporarily restricted, they remain available for large products and will continue operating as scheduled, following the CDC-recommended precautions outlined above.
